Default I need three inch front lift!!!

[:@] I have a 1994 dakota SLT 4x4 ext cab. My tire size is 235/75R15. I have 8 inches of space from the top of the rear tire to the fender flare and on the front i only have 5 inches of space from the top of the tire to the fender flare. What can i do to lift the front suspension 3 inches to level out the truck? This would let me put some bigger boots (tires) on the truck. The rear suspension appears to be stock.

Can i install 1 inch blocks betwean the front diff and frame then get 2 more inches of lift from the torsion bars or should i just lift 3 inches with the torsion bars??

What is the best way to level out the truck? I have seen other dakota's with the same problem.
