Default Gas in Cylinder

Ok so a buddy of mine was helping me with a project and unhooked two of the spark plugs. Little did I know he never put them fully on and I was driving around. When I realized I hooked them up and now my truck misfires. My thought was excess fuel burning in the cylinders. What do you guys think? It's pretty sporadic, but more often getting on the gas. Also at high RPMs it sounds muffled. I need some advice though.

Well considering what your thinking is the problem, pull your plugs and check for gap, recheck the distributor wiring. The wires that were loose may have been burned from arc.
