Default Lift and engine Advice

He guys as posted below im a new owner of a 94 v6 3.9 4x4

I have a couple questions

Would u guys recommened cranking my torsion bars + PA 2`body lift?

or

New keys and cranking + PA lift?

not to sure what these new keys do that u can buy on ebay or wtv... they just allow for more lift? but u need longer struts?

with cranked torsion bar + 2`body lift what size tires would i be able to put 31-33`according to the FAQ2 i believe.

also for the PA lift i need to relocate my front and rear bumpers? would this affect to hitch on my bumpers for hauling ?

If i went cranked torsion bars + PA lift then later on wanted add-aleaf or ram2500 leafs that would make it look like its saggy in the front again correct? and the *** would be higher?

Also worried about this welding thing that needs to be done for the PA lift... is it complicated to remove and bring to a muffler shop?

Also cranking the torsoin barsé new keys goes with blocks in the back right ? the body lift just raises the body. The blocks are not for that correct?

Engine wise what would u guys recommend first? to maybe give some little gains... or any thing for the truck.

I will be doing the regular maintence and checking everything. Going to put new oils , T case oils , diff oil etc. Any oils recommended for this brand wise etc.

Im use to Talons :P had 3 Eagle Talons before and in that world some oils/weights were better for the t case diff etc.

thanks alot ! any advice is awsome !

Body lift with cranking your keys is a good start. Then if you want more lift buy the indexed keys. The indexed keys index the bar to be able to twist the bar more to lift it more. By cranking or using the indexed keys the ride will be rougher. But for me I say its a truck not a Cadillac.

Yes with the body lift the bumpers need to be relocated up. Well you could keep it but it will look ugly. Just move up the bumper mark out the bracket where to drill new holes and drill it.

Yes you could do an Add A Leaf the Ram 2500 will work, that is what I did. Or buy the kit.

Not to sure what welding thing you talking about. Do you mean the welding plates on top of the torsion bar keys. If so that is the alternative as to buying indexed keys. To just crank up stock keys you will not need to weld anything.

You can use block out back but I personally don't like them. Thousands of people use them even stock trucks.

As for engine performance, as you said regular maintenance just buy high performance parts like plugs, coil, wires, cap + rotor, oils, filters ect.

Just need some clarification on this guys

cranking torsion bar is a cheap suspension lift kinda?

so add a leaf or blocks would be the for the rear? and cranking torsionbar for the front.

just making sure this is the suspension based stuff.

I would like a to raise body 2" and then a little higher via cheap/safe suspension. without paying 2000$

Body lift is just the body right?

so if i crank the front up max with stock keys is what 2" roughly?
the combo for the rear would be blocks or add-a-leaf? 2 leafs each side = 2" roughly~?

then if i add a PA body lift im at roughly 4" total?

cranking the torsion bars will be cheap even if you get the new keys, the most ive seen them is 60 bucks, and from what i have read up from asking is that you will need a wheel alignment witch is still not a horrible cost

i know it will be cheap just was wondering

if new keys/cranking torsion bar was like cheap suspension lift in the front

and the rear blocks/add-a-leaf was the rear cheap suspension lift

I will prob do that keys in the front , add a leaf or ram 2500 in the rear

with a PA body lift kit
