Default 95 Dakota Sport suddenly refuses to start

I was working on my 95 Dakota yesterday doing some brake work with the parking brake. I started it a few times on and off seeing if the light would go off, and making sure the parking brake had enough tension. I disconnected the battery to see if I could reset the computer to make the ABS and Parking Brake lights go out and I went to start it again and it would not start, but did turn over. It's like it's not getting a spark somehow. Any suggestions as to what it could be? Just replaced the distributer cap/spark plugs/wires today and verified that the coil is still good, but still no start.

Check to see if you have fuel pressure, and check the pressure with a guage. Check to see if you have spark.
