I get a consistent 11 mpg all city stop and go driving with a std cab, short bed, 4wd, v6, 5spd, on 31x10.50s.
I wish I could get better than that! At this point I would prefer a v8, how much worse would it be?

We have been getting on average 16-18 mpg and that is mostly highway with our '92 5.2 Magnum, xtra cab and stock tires.

That's kinda low man... tire pressure and things such as new tires, replacing your PCV valve, breather, and air filter help out your gas mileage quite a bit.

If you haven't done ANY of those, I'd recommend starting with your breather, PCV and air filter. You'll notice a difference.

i could see that having bigger then stock tires could bring it down to 11 but still a little low, i agree with above just little stuff like that would give you a little more

I get about 9mpg, with the 3.9L v6 guess I got a lead foot. I recently did a trip from red deer to edmonton and back and I got 350ish on a full tank, which is pretty good for me lol
