Default Please help!hi

Hi,I'm new here and I just bought a 1990 Dakota,3.9,2wd,auto only 40,000 original miles but was beat to death as a oil field utility truck, the problem is it stalls. It used to only do it once a day but yesterday after I installed new plugs, wires, cap and rotor it started stalling every time i stop,I changed the fuel filter today and NOW it stalls anytime I let off the gas!!WTF?? I'm really at my wits end here, also the throttle body and egr are squeaky clean..already tried that lol, also my computer is making a high frequency noise when the key is in the ON position... Idk what it is,maybe tps sensor? I also learned earlier that it is surging slightly when my foots on the gas or it's idling.. Accelerates and goes down the road fine, starts right up after stalling but it just dies now when I let off the gas if it's not rolling,if anyone can help in any way please let me know asap, this is my only vehicle and I need it for work 6 days a week, please feel free to text me as well,I really need to figure this thing out! Also,I'm located in Houston,tx if anyone near me wants to inspect themselves maybe? Any way my number is 832-628-0422 thank you and I'm glad to be a member! XD

Maybe a bad IAC Idle Air Control valve. Just replace it.

If it was working properly unplugging it would make it worse. Since it didn't change anything, its most likely bad.

Could you please post a pic so I know for sure I'm looking at the right part?
