Default More HP

Have 1994 Magnum V6 block with 1991 heads and throttle body and need more HP. What throttle bodies are available for use? Would a carb work better? If so, what kind is recommended.

We are racing this truck and rules don't allow headers...

Ideas?

Lots of options to increase HP. Without knowing the rules of your racing league it is hard to recommend what to use. Especially since they don't allow something as simple as headers.

The FAQ2 has a list of performance options, look them over and see what is allowed. It is just a few posts above this one in this section.

I'm curious why you got rid of the multiport injection in trade for throttle body injection? Multi-port would have given you more power and be more efficient.

LOL! I didn't even snap about that one. Ya Mulit-port injection will give you SOO much more than the TB injection. Why not do a V8 swap 5.2 which came stock on Dakotas.

Or even 5.9 and say it is a 5.2 externally the same no way to tell besides the casting numbers.
