Default turn & flash

Repaired harness a week ago, some dufas had played with harness ground up under the truck, ran supplimental ground all good. Terrible rain & water today lost turn signals had flashers, two minutes later lost flashers. What feeds these circuits?? HAve run lights and brake lights,, for now

Part two blown fuses both disconnected supplimental ground replaced fuses. Going to leave it that way, when pulling trailer Ill bond them and that will be that.

Working with a wiring sitituation that someone in the past butchered. Disconnected supplimental ground replaced fuses for flashers and turnsignals and all o.k. Next step is to supplimental ground trailers with bonding wire, not relying on ground from ball and hitch. Getting ready to move and up to my hips in alligators.
