Very hight freight charges to Finland

Very hight freight charges to Finland
Hi
I'm trying to find parts directly from USA. But I can find for example from Rockauto charging freight 300 Euros when parts total cost is only 200 Euros
Total that makes 500....
300 € consists of 160 € to Finland and 140€ Inside USA freight costs.
Could some one please suggest cheaper place or some place where to get new parts for 1989 Dodge Dakota 4WD ...delivered to Finland

I'm pretty newbie in this field, so it takes some time to get all information. There is some importers but they are normally overpriced. I hope that I'll find some expatriate finns who has established company in US specializing part import to Finland.
