1992- 2wheel drive, 3.9 liter V6.

Just had transmission rebuilt and have problems that maybe you could help diagnose.

In drive, no acceleration just idle, coasting forward- Truck does not move forward smoothly. It seems to hesitate, almost feels like it pulls back and then releases. Enough to make your head move back and forth (slightly)

This does not happen occasionally but can be almost clocked at every 3 seconds or so at slow coast speed.

When I bring it back, I just want to know what this could be in case they make excuses.

did you check the fluid level, sounds like it could be very low? at any rate get it back to the place you had it rebuilt ASAP.
