I ended up putting a cutting wheel on my angle grinder and cut them just below the caps and pounded them out. I got the new u-joints in but I can't seem to get the center bearing off. The arms on my bearing puller are just too short to reach. I also can't seem to find a replacement for the seal on my trans. O'Reilly gave me a part that wasn't the right size, Autozone doesn't have it, and Advance was closed. Who closes at 6 on a sunday? I'm going to check Napa tomorrow.

It took longer than it should have but I finished my u-joint project yesterday. Used so much liquid wrench that half the house smells like liquid wrench. I want to thank everyone for their help and suggestions. Here are some pictures of the really bad u-joint. Never going to let something get that bad again, I feel lucky that I got off so easy, could've been A LOT worse.
