Maybe not everywhere. A few posts above this one is the FAQ2. With TONS of lift ideas and links to lift parts/kits.

Lifting

Leveling kit: From factory the rear of the truck is higher then the front, so when you put a load in it, it won't sag. A leveling kit lifts up only the front of the truck to make it level with the rear. If you want to make it level just crank up the torsion bars.

Lift kit: A lift kit lifts the front and back of the truck.

Body kit 2in. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PRA-PA-642/

Full suspension kit 4in. ($1,700) http://www.streetperformance.com/par...9-dd43ssv.html

The kit is no loner made, if you look up the kit on Google by part number lots of sites list it. Call up the places to verify.

Lift keys 2 inch. Lots listed on http://www.ebay.com/ 97-up may work!

Or you can just crank your torsion bars and add rear blocks for 1 inch or so. Here is a How to. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1979009-post2.html

You can tack weld some 1/4 inch steal strips to your keys. Here is a post on it. 1st-gen-dakota/175855-cheep-lift-post1417241.html#post1417241

You can get blocks just about any parts stores. Sizes are available from 1 inch - 6 inches.

You can get Shorter rear spring shackles.

Monroe has a catalog online that has listings for extended shocks.
