Default finally back in a Dak....

Well, it took a little over 2 years, but I'm back in a Dakota. I sold my '91 for a brief flirtation with a Ford Explorer, which was a solid vehicle while I had it...sold that and bought an '01 Cherokee, which I have since lifted and set up for 4-wheeling. Naturally, that isn't the most efficient vehicle to be driving with the high fuel prices these days, and despite the fun factor, my bank account is tired of filling up the tank every other day!

So, I went on the hunt for another Dakota....this one makes #5 for me. I've had an '00, '05, '04, and the last was a '91.

The new one is a '94 Sport, regular cab, v-6, 5 speed. Best part....89k miles!! First mod was done before i left the dealer....made them take the canopy off. LOL.

Pics tomorrow as soon as i get it home from the g/f's house. Doesn't seem to need much other than regular upkeep. I'll start with a full tune up, and probably a brake job...typical Dakota warped rotors....

It's good to be back.
