Angry 95 dodge dakota

95 dodge dakota 5.2 v8 4x4, was running rough would shut off during idle then all together. will crank but not start. have replaced EVERY sensor on truck crank sensor, pickup coil, coil, map, air temp, idle control, idle positioning, oil sending unit, new oil pump. fuel pump kicks on when you turn the key, send fuel to rail but no pressure, no oil pressure, acts like its stuck in auto shutdown, have replaced relay but still nothing. will read codes and change codes according to what gets disconnected and checked, but won't let me clear codes to reset Pcm. have checked the splices under relay box they look good. Has spark and good compression, but will not start. The only codes its showing is 23, 25, and 37 none of which should stop it from accually starting.

The IAC Idle Air Control valve is a common problem, even on lots of new ones. If you still got a receipt replace it. You have code 25 which could cause the idle problems.

23** Intake air temp sensor signal outside acceptable range
25** Idle air control motor circuit short or open condition detected
37* Torque converter clutch solenoid CKT or park/neutral switch failure

The IAT could cause it to run rough.
The TCC could cause driving/shifting problems.

It doesn't let you reset it because it still sees the problems. So fix the problems. If you replaced the IAT and IAC then it may be bad new parts or wiring.

Default Oil Pressure

I have discovered that my issue is not power or fuel but OIL....put new pump on and still no oil pressure at all. Checked the distributor and connecting rod and everything seems to be turning properly. But still no oil pressure at all....Please any suggestions!!

Did you verify with a mechanical gauge? The oil sending units are problematic.

Yes, those gauges suck, I have to tap mine periodically when it shows 0 oil pressure.
