The little clips on the inside of the door that hold the bar in place broke , I got new ones... Anyways what's the trick to getting this rod and clips back in place? I got the clip in top and bottom but the rod is like bending trying to force it in the clips....

 

There are several different size clips. Are you sure you got the correct size?
