You what the hardest part of changing the water pump was for me, the bypass hose. A little 5 inch hose took me half a day to get to. LOL

 

Yeah, same here. Took maybe an hour to get down to it and replace it. Gotta lift the A/C compressor up a bit - I hung mine on a wire tied to the hood so I'd have two hands to work on the bypass hose. Definitely replace the bypass despite the difficulty getting to it - it'll be worse if it busts later.
