Default check engine light?

Hey everybody!

I recently changed my timing chain, thermostat, and waterpump. She's running great! I took her on a 400 mile roadtrip this weekend to Manistee, MI! It was great! But...

My check engine light comes on when she gets up to regular temp, could this be because of my Jet 180 degree thermostat? Is it throwing the computer off? She was running great the whole time!! I was averaging 21mpg the whole way!! I was just wondering if I need to re-flash the ECU or something...idk... Thanks for any help!!

I doubt your problem is the thermostat. You need to check to see what code or codes are being thrown. There is a write up in the FAQ, just above this post. It will tell you how to check your codes, and how to interpret them. good luck
