Default Issue Starting

So I'm at my wits end with this issue
Its persisted ever since I started driving the truck as my daily driver which was probably about 2 months ago.

What happens is when the truck is cold in the morning, or warm in the afternoon, or heck its even happened if I let it sit for an hour or less.

I jump in the truck turn the key and all I hear is the click of my starter. Then I'll lose power on my Satelite radio, my Radio and my dash lights *It might be all through out the truck but the two radios and my gauges are all I can visibly see lose power* for a second then they'll restart. I'll turn the key off then back on and let "The Power Cycle through the truck" as I tell my girlfriend. Sometimes the truck tries to turn over then fails, sometimes I get another click, other times I get a sure fire like nothing was wrong.
This is what I've done so far to combat it.
Replaced the very old somewhat leaky battery it had.
I cleaned all the wires, and checked the negative ground.

I really don't think its the starter since the way this issue persists.

I've talked with my dad for hours on this subject*Btw my dad has lived under the hood of muscle cars his entire life* So I'm fairly sure hes a reliable source. Hes also at a loss and we've tried all his ideas except replace the starter but we both don't think its the issue. So I'm turning to you guys now I hope we can figure this out.

So EVERYTIME the starter acts up you loose power? If not then the starter may be one problem. The battery or bad/dirty/loose connectors may be another problem, I know you said you cleaned it but it may still be bad. A power wire may have came loose to the relay box. Your ignition switch may be bad. The list goes on and on. When it does act up you need to find out what has power and what doesn't.

Everytime the issue happens I lose power.
The battery is brand new and it was happening long before I replaced my battery so its not the issue.

The battery cables were cleaned, cut down a little bit to check for corrosion and I even replaced one of the connectors cause it was to small for the cables.

The power loss is really brief if even a second then everything is back on.

I'll look into your other suggestions Crazy
Thanks
