Default suspension lift and shock help

I'm gonna buy 1-3in torsion key for front and 2-3in add a leaf for rear, can I use stock shocks with these or will I loose comfort of ride? Can I use rancho5000 they say adds 1 in? Or do I need something taller?

I plan on leveling out at 3in with above

For the front yes you can use stock shocks. Out back maybe you can use stock shocks or maybe a little longer. When you get all the lifting parts installed then look to see if the shocks will work. Rancho 5000 are great for stock style shocks.
