Moper Performance Computer.
Do it. Supposedly a 94-95 computer will work, at least the guy I got mine from said it worked fine in his 93. Also Ram 5.9 computers work (what mine is).
Another great mod is Harland Sharp 1.7 roller rockers, the non-adjustable ones bolt right on and are good for about 10whp and make the engine a lot smoother in the upper RPMs. Mopar M1 intake manifold. Exhaust of your choice. 50-52mm throttle body. The list goes on.

I got the 94-95 5.9 Mopar Performance to go with my 5.9 Magnum on my 93 Dakota.
Yes the Mopar Performance PCM is better, yes it does give more performance vs stock. But on a stock truck you will see a little improvement when swapping it on. It wakes up the more performance parts you put on.

I'm assuming (since none of your questions are in full depth that is why no one is answering your questions correctly because we don't know what your asking) that your asking if you can put a 5.9 Mopar Per. pcm and it would have more power than the Mopar Per. 5.2 pcm onto a 5.2 engine.
Yes it would have more power. But it is possible it would run to rich poor MPG and if you have state or city emissions or inspections it may not pass.
Yes, 2 different motors with different values so the 5.9 needs to be different from the 5.2 due to size ect.

Having never ran a 5.2 Mopar PCM I can't say if the 5.9 Mopar PCM makes more power than it, 95_318SLT claims the 5.9 Mopar PCM had better performance over the 5.2 Mopar PCM on his 5.2.
Having run a wideband with the Mopar PCM, the AFRs are just fine, not too rich at all.
