The kit 3M makes is decent enough if you follow the steps properely.
I used it a few times when I was working at a shop detailing Harley's along with on my own truck.

Most part stores should have access to it I think

Honestly, don't waste the money on a kit. Get some really fine grit sandpaper 1500-2000-2500 and wet sand the lenses. Then get some rubbing compound and polish them out. Always worked for me.

I found a perfect set of TYC aftermarket at a local used parts shop for $50. It was easy enough to swap it over and took less time than when I polished one out. Just make sure you get the lock ring for the headlight, they are NOT all the same. It is also a good idea to spray the bolts with wd40 before you take them out, mine were rusted in.

A long phillips screwdriver and a 10mm socket was all it took. Rockauto.com has them for $66. More expensive but a longer and better fix.

I bought RainX brand I think, and it worked pretty well. There were a lot of steps involved. Came with three different sanding pads, and a few different bottles of cleaners, and such. It was around 15 bucks or less. I think next time I would get the one with the attachment for your drill.

Thats what is nice about the 3M one I think
Comes with the Drill attachment and all the sandpapers are cut to size so they fix on it along with the foam pad.

I bought the store brand (same as the 3M) at "Harbor Freight" yesterday for $10.00 after reading good reviews and they cleaned them up fairly good,I plan to try polishing them up some more for better results but can see a big difference already. Thanks all for the reply's.
