timing issue

Default timing issue

i have a 94 dakota and i need to change the timing on it every time i move the distribeter the timing only retards no advanceing so does any one know how to change it

I believe it's controlled by the PCM. Don't know how you'd adjust it.

Already told you in your other thread...

Turning the dizzy only changes the fuel sync, it doesn't change the timing, the PCM controls the timing and it can't be changed (without burning a new tune onto it).

ok cool i fugured that i could change it so i was just checking to see if i could do something
