Default Dropping fuel tank

I need to replace my leaf springs, but on the driver's side the fuel tank is in the off taking off/putting on the bolt.
I notice the straps and cross-members holding it in place, but is it easier to drop the tank from the bottom or to lift it from the top. All the bolts are pretty rusty, so I've been soaking them with Liquid Wrench for the past couple days.
Also, I do plan on emptying the tank before doing it.

Empty tank is easy to drop. 2 bolts and a couple screw clamps holding fuel lines/fillers/etc and one electrical connection.

Bolts should come out. Wire brush on the exposed threads before you start always makes like a little easier as well.

Alright thanks. Yeah, I was looking at everything and it looks easy enough to drop. While it's off, I'm going to attempt to do the fuel lines as well. I'm hoping everything goes smoothly, however with my luck that never happens haha
