You need a capable scanner, I believe a high end Snap-On. Call around to different shops and ask if they have a scanner capable of reading the fuel sync.
The fuel sync, synchronizes the fuel injectors to their corresponding cylinders. It is adjustable by turning the distributor. To get the fuel sync degree perfect you have to use the scanner like said above. If you can't get a scanner the best you can do is match the rotor point #1 cly at TDC to the cam shaft sensor #1 mark, which is just fine for everyday driving. Also the timing on these engines are computer controlled, so turning the distributor doesn't change timing.
