Ur an awesome teacher crazy, but I might just have got lucky with a motor, few questions on it before I snag it, called new pick and pull, and they said they got 4 360s on there lot all with auto which sux but let's stick with motor for now, anyways the years are 95,96,98 and 99 from random dodges... They said I can the engine minus, alternator , starter and ac compressor for 152.75$ or with for 324.75$... Will my accesories work from my 3.9 or do I need to get? Also if the 95 motor happens to be locked up, and I have go get one of the Obd2 yr motors should I still go for a block? And what issues will I run into as far as needing to swap motor pieces?
Yes the 95 will be best. As far as the accessories the V6 ones should work. Best to double check go to www.autozone.com and check the part number on a 94 5.9 and your truck, see if they match. If you need to get starter after all, get a mini high torque starter that would be best to get due to limited space in that corner.
If the 95 doesn't work out the new years will have different sensors. You may be able to swap over the 95 stuff before you return it or something. Again check part numbers maybe some stuff will work from the v6. Don't forget the extra 2 injectors, you need the wires and pins from the connector.

Sure looks like your right, no Manual version. Well you will get a few auto, trans codes and your shift light will not work. But it will not hurt performance. Next option is just a regular 5.9 Ram pcm or get one tuned at B&G. Their link is in the FAQ2.
