When you block up the rear end of the truck, Put something in front of the front wheels so the truck doesn't get away from you, put the trans in neutral and without starting the truck can you turn the back wheels? Do you know if your Dak has sure grip or not. Good luck with it.

Well that eliminates rear brake problems.

Shaking define better, is the cab shaking? The steering wheel? The gas pedal? Combination of above?

Just a thought . . . if you have a spare wheel for the truck, you could take the wheels off one at a time and replace with the spare. If you were closer to us you could borrow a set of wheels to try it.

Narrowed my problem to tranny, drive shaft or rear end.Well, rear end and drive shaft were fine.Talked to a transmission man.Told me the throttle body inside the tranny may have a broken spring (or something like this) I guess.Never had an issue like this so I guess Im gonna take his word for it.Found a recant rebuilt one for $600..Was quoted around $350-$400 if it were the throttle body or $1200 to rebuild the one in it.May take it.

I went to driveshaft specialist today, cause I'm having same issue, he blocked off front tires, put a jack under rear differential, got tires off ground, turned truck on and put it into first gear and hopped back and both of could see the driveshaft was spinning in a bowed pantern, almost half inch it looked like it was moving, just up and down as it spun, try to look for that
