Walt Ingrid actually uploaded the PDF file for the installation instructions. You should be able to get the full parts list with small photos off of here

I'm not gonna go pull the parts, too much work and not enough time right now....
but if any members here are near Phoenix, it is the Pick N Pull, or Pull a Part, on Buckeye rd., about 2 blocks east of 27th ave....
One part is damaged, the brace under the front axle mount has been whacked by something that the truck ran over....
