Question Blower motor issue

So since I bought my truck I had no high blower speed. I know that has to do with something unrelated to the blower motor resistor since it worked on slower speeds, but can't remember what anymore. Well today I went wheelin and now (perhaps coincidentally) I have NO blower motor speeds. I guess I have to check the motor, but what do you guys think? Blower motor resistor? What caused the no high speed? Think the motor is dead?

Thanks.

You can attempt to totally bypass the resistor pack by using a jumper wire.

Unplug the connector from the resistor pack, place a jumper wire from the high speed wire to the wire going to the blower, put the switch on high, and it should work. (Note: if you try other speeds using the jumper wire method, the fan will run at full speed, since you will be bypassing the resistors)
High speed - Gray wire
Med-High - Light Blue
Med-Low - Light Green
Low - Tan
To Blower Motor - Black/Tan

NOTE: The fan speed switch (and therefore, all these wires) carry a GROUND, not positive. The Blower motor gets positive power via Fuse 1 (30AMP) in the fuse block, which gets power when the ignition switch is in the RUN position.

Well it was just dirty contacts. Cleaned them up and everything works fine now. Even have high speed too!
