95 2.5 dakota stalled

no spark, no fuel. only code is # 12, "memory standby powerloss." All fuses test ok. What now?

I think you in the wrong section bud!

Maybe a mod can move it to the Dakota section, you might get more help there.

Possibly a bad ground or power wire. Also it might be the notorious splices. Check the FAQ which is just a few posts above this one, it has a link to the locations of the splice.
