For 4wd all 4 tires need to be the same size. If you put different size tires you could tear up the transfercase or transmission since the transfercase puts out power 50/50 front and rear. The smaller tires will be trying to turn faster when the rear is slower and something is going to be binding up.
If you truly want to do different sized tires, then never engage 4wd.
As a side not anytime you have different sized tires than stock the speedo and odometer will be off.

this is why i asked on here before ordering the tires, im gettin 235/75/R15 Mastercraft Courser AT's which is what came on the truck. Ive already had the tranny rebuilt and replaced a transfer case that had 2 large holes in it(already messed up when i bought the truck out of a junk yard) so i dont want to go threw that s*** again
