Right turn signal won't blink

Default Right turn signal won't blink
I have a 1994 Dodge Dakota four-wheel drive V-6 manual transmission.

The right turn signal won't blink but the left one works fine. Changing the flasher made no difference.

What should I try?

They won't blink if a bulbs blown. Did you check them?
