Default No start, and other things. All/Any help!

I got a couple different things I am trying to figure out with this truck since I decided to keep it. Just to keep things organized I will try and touch on them all in this thread. So lets start with biggest problems first.

So a couple days before complete no start, the engine would cut out then before I could kick in the clutch it would start running again. So then it died and I kicked in the clutch and it wouldnt restart, wouldnt pop start, nothing. So I coasted as far as I could and didnt know how far I would be walking, I was thinking I was out of gas.(My truck has a lot of problems, so I was attributing the cutting out to something else). So it finally restarts and I hurry to a gas station, put 20 bucks in and it wont start. I keep trying to start it while waiting for a ride and nothing. Would kinda go but wouldnt actually call it running, sputtering I guess. So trailer it home. Think its a fuel pump. So replace the fuel pump. When the fuel pump first was installed you could hear it run. The truck would start but wouldnt stay running. It started maybe 6 or 7 times, ran for various short ammounts of time then would die. So then we werent getting anything. Pump wouldnt come on or nothing. Started checking fuses, relays, etc. Have power to sending unit part because my fuel gauge works now! But the truck wont run. So next step I am going to is to check out my splice and see what that does. If the splice isnt the trick, do I just keep chasing electrical?

These next things are trivial compared to actually having the truck running. But my turn signals stopped working awhile back...if my hazards work but turn signals dont, should I drop the 35 bucks on the switch and see if that does the trick? Being that I cant find a blown fuse in the truck.

I guess lastly for now, the suspension in my truck is old, and leans to the drivers side. Will shocks help remedy this? Or do I give it some torsion bar adjustment?

Use a voltmeter and test the voltage for the turn signals.

Noob thoughts here:
Could the clutch sensor be bad?

"wouldnt pop start", does that mean it acts like you aren't pushing in the clutch while turning the key? Try moving the steering wheel up or down (big long shot, but my truck doesn't start when the steering wheel is in a certain position sometimes)
