I bought this pickup recently and have run into a few issues. The fuel gauge fluctuates haphazardly and then just reads empty (on a full tank). Also, the aftermarket radio and dome light have shutoff. I genuinely appreciate any feedback. Thank you very much!

The fuel level issue is probably a bad float. A cheep replacement is available. Check the FAQ in this section for details on it.
For the radio and dome light did you check the fuses? There is 2 fuses for the radio, make sure to check the fuse box under the hood as well.

The radio and dome light thing happened to me too and it was the fuse under the hood. Can't remember what it's called though haha
