Door wont open

Hello i bought a 93 dakota a few months ago and the passanger door will not open i got door panal off and looks like everything in there is moving but just wont open and ideas???

The most common problem is the plastic retaining clips brake apart and the rods fall out of place. Just got to keep looking. Good luck.
