Default recent wiring problems

Well about two weeks ago I started my truck and it took half a second for it to start turning over, the next morning I turned the key and had all the power go off but the starter didn't do a thing... Turns out there was a wire that powers the starter relay which rotted off at the crimp joint.

Well now that that's fixed I have a question there was also two other wires that were rotted off under there.
One comes from the fuse for the A/C clutch and the other is the power for the A/C clutch relay... Does anyone know if those two wires are supposed to be connected or where they're supposed to go?

Before anyone says look in the hayne's just trust me when I say it's not in there.

Its hard to tell since we can't see exactly which one it is. The Haynes and Chilton manuals sucks. Use the Factory service manual we have in the FAQ you can download for free. Complete wiring diagrams, that will answer your question.
