Default new look to my slt

when i bought it it was all grandpa-ed out

then i switched the wheels and tires to the durang 15in with 31x10.5 hercules trail diggers M/T

then i took off the cap and now it looks 100 times better

but when i put the wheels on i had a problem with the bolt for the brake hose grinding on the rim i had to grind the bolt down so the wheels would work i thought they were supposed to be a direct fit?

next is a simple exhaust to give it a little rumble and then replace all the light lenses (i bought the truck from NYC so it has cracks in all of them)

The wheels are not a direct fit. What you had to do is exactly what others have had to do. I like the look of those tires. I will be needing some soon however I have decided that I will get the body lift so that I can fit 33s when I buy new ones (already done the torsion bars and aal)

my options were to grind down the bolt for the brake hose or put the shot tires back on so i decided to grind the bolt so now its good to go

On second gen 16" wheels, the brake bolt isn't a problem though is it?

I havent tried but I imagine so
I believe the only reason why the 2nd gen 15s are a problem is because they are wider. Correct me if I am wrong. But if they are bigger rims then it should be fine

yea the only issue was that they were wider i want to do it the right way and get the wheel spacers so i cna replace that hose when the time comes but i dont know what size spacer to get and i want to get the same spacing for the back as well so its even all around
