Default My '94 keeps dying. Does anyone know why?

Hey guys. I have a '94 Dakota V8 4x4. I'm having major problems with it. I was sitting at a stop light and the motor just stopped. All electronics and lights were still on however. I got it running just long enough to get to my destination and I turned it off and restarted it. It turned over and idled for a second or two then, like the first time, just died. I thought my oil might have been low so I put some in. That worked but two days later (no oil leaks or anything) it died the same way going up a hill. I had to take it to a shop and they've been trying to diagnose the problem for the past two and a half weeks. They are stumped. They drove it the first week with no problems and that Friday they finally got it to fail in the exact same way. Does anyone know what's wrong with my truck?

Well start with the basics.

Do you have correct fuel pressure?
Do you have spark at EVERY spark plug?
Does EVERY fuel injector spray a good pattern?

I will move this to the 1st Generation Dakota Sub-Forum.
