new head liner installed
well after some homework and shopping around i found a decent glue and found the best way to get it done the right way
first i removed the entire headliner board and all and then peeled off all the glue (that was a pain

the next day i sprayed both the board and the back of the new headliner with the spray glue and let it sit for about 5 minutes then with the help of a friend layed it on the board and smoothed it out

the i let it sit for a fefw hours while i stripped the headliner and glue off the over head console then tapped it off and used some aerosol bedliner instead of hasseling with recovering it then i cut the holes out were the lights and wires went and small slitts for other screws

then installed and reassembled the interior again over all im happy with it and it does not seem to be sagging with heat.

Wouldn't do the camo myself, but it looks good. If the glue doesn't last I'd suggest using CRC spray adhesive. It's what most dealerships use to redo headliners and it's fairly cheap. Good call on letting it sit too, that's the biggest thing so that it doesn't leave handprints.
While you're at it yank the fabric off the sunvisors use the same fabric on them too.

1 i didnt have enough fabric
2 the visors are sewn and i wanted to do it the same way because i think it looks better than just gluing them
