Default Frame Repair

The mud truck went playing yesterday and hurt the frame right under the drivers seat towards the front. What would the easiest way be to repair this (strictly an off road vehicle) We have a spare truck here and wondered about cutting a piece out of the frame and welding it into the mud truck.

Nasty. Best thing might be to cut out a foot or two and weld up a new frame section.

Yeah, sounds like a plan, we have a spare Dak sitting here so maybe we will cut a piece out of that or maybe it would be just as good to make up a whole new piece and weld that in.
