Default 94 dodge dakota fuel pump cap, need help

I bought this broken down dodge dakota, it needed a fuel pump and i got it, I installed the fuel pump recently and the truck starts up now and runs really good.

the problem is, there is a cap that was connected to a hose
that didn't come with the replacement fuel pump, it goes in this hole in the top
my brother told me it was vacuum circulation

Does anyone know where I could find this part or what to search even?
please help, I'd appreciate it alot, thanks

You can but you have to be careful. Spray both sides of the valve with WD-40 around where it contacts the rubber and work it out slowly by prying it out with 2 screwdrivers. Small pry bars work best because they're angled unlike screwdrivers. GO SLOW. It's plastic and if you pry too hard and fast it will break.
