Default Cylinder misfires

The check engine light has come on and the message on an OBD reader is "cylinder misfire" on all 8 cylinders. Any suggestions where to start further diagnosis?

Please give more info.
What year of the truck?
I can move this into the correct sub-forum.

I will move your post to the 1st generation Dakota sub-section.

How does the engine run?
Have you checked how the spray is on each injector?
Have you checked your fuel presser?
Have you changed your spark plugs and wires and cap and rotor?
Have you checked your coil?

My first reaction indicates a PCM failure. Check the other suggestions as listed above. Reman PCM from O'Reilly approc $150.00.
