Default still fighting injector issues

I have been trying to track down this intermitten injector #3 issue here is what i have done so far:
Replaced injector #3 old injector tested bad
Replaced injector connector due to not fitting tight connection
even ran a jumper wire from the ecm pin which is the yellow white along with tapping into another green red wire and by passing the old wires.
Fuel pressure is Around 35 psi at idle.
any ideas would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

One possibility is the positive splice supply for the injector. Try temporarily adding in a direct positive to the battery, see if that works.
Next possibility is the PCM is bad.
