Default Jeep style door removal

I'm tinkering around with the idea of removing the doors from my '94, but before I start into it I'm wondering if anyone knows whether or not I'm going to have issues with the power lock and window wiring.

I've gotten different answers, some people saying the wiring is run all the way through, others saying that it plugs in and is an easy removal. If anyone has any experience with this and can tell me whether or not it'll be worth the trouble I'd definitely appreciate the feedback.

Yes there is a connector for the door wiring under the dash near the door, follow the door wiring back.

That might look okay.

Here is my friends Jeep TJ. 04 4.0 front and rear lockers 33's 8,000lb submersible winch with a Bikini Top (Not in the picture).
