Default HHR Fan Wiring

Well I got the HHR fan mounted this evening and all I have left to do now is wire up the fan controller and make a custom bracket to mount the coolant reserve. Im having trouble finding the wire schematic for the hhr fan to find out which wire is positive and which is negative. There is a blue wire and a black wire. Im guessing the black is negative but want to make sure before I hook it up wrong and burn the motor up. Also is the HHR fan a pusher or puller? Guessing puller. Thanks for any help you guys can provide.

If it is just a motor no electronics then it doesn't matter if you accidently hook up the wires in reverse, which will cause the motor to spin the other way. Most fans will have an arrow indicating which direction it is to spin. Then test the wires and see which causes the fan to spin that way.

What year is the HHR fan?
I suggest this site.
