Need help with alternator/charging
Alright I got a 94 dakota 3.9l 205k for $1200 everything was great for 6 months of ownership. Till the volt gauge stopped working and my battery dies and then I have to recharge it, so I bought a new alternator and it's still not charging crap right..
Anyway I have been researching since I have no mechanical knowledge that there is a alternator fuse. I also am not able to find it, so could anybody please post a pic of the location? Thank you.

There is no alternator fuse that I could remember check the FAQ in this section for the fuse diagram (just a few posts above this one).
If your sure the alternator is working, (I would take it back to the store to have them test it) then it may be the PCM/computer which has a built in voltage regulator. Or you wiring may be bad or broken. We got the wiring diagrams in the service manual in the FAQ again. Then check for continuity in between the PCM and the alternator wiring. Also there is a trouble shooting chart in the service manual for the alternator.
Edit: Damn dude chill out.

There may be a fuseable link which is different then a fuse. The service manual has the locations in a diagram so it is easy to follow, again it is free to download in the FAQ in this section just a few posts above this one. I don't know where that is why I am telling you where to find where it is.
