Default 96 Dakota Horn not working!

Hi everyone, I have a 1996 Dakota SLT that's horn stopped working. The relay DOES click. I replaced the horn and nothing, still doesnt work. I guess I need to check for voltage at horn...but wondering, I read about an issue with the "clock spring" and wondering if it could be that, my guess is, since the relay is clicking, NO...but thought'd I'd ask. So...I guess I have either have no power going from relay to horn, maybe to part of the relay being bad. Just thought I'd ask you guys (and Gals) if you have had this happen...all the other searches I've seen the relay isnt clicking, where as mine is...but still no "Beep Beep!" So, biggest question is...if the relay clicks, does that automatically rule out the clock spring?

Thanks,
Dan

Yes since you hear the relay clicking it rules out a bad clock spring. It may be a bad relay or wiring to your horn.

I will move this to the tech section.
