Default starting problem 1990 dakota

I have recently purchased my first truck a 1990 dodge dakota. The first two months were fine but now the truck will not start. Yesterday it would not start. I rolled it over 5 or 6 times then it started. I started every 3 or 4 hours during the day yesterday with no problems. Today, after many attempts, I have been unable to get it started. I think it may not be gettting fuel. Is there an easy way to check this? Could there be another problem, sensor, etc., that is causing it not to start? It is 2wd and has a 3.9 L v-6.

I pulled the fuel line off the motor and it is shooting out fuel when I turn the key.

I will move this to the Tech section.

The best way to test no-start is to get starter fluid spray in the throttle body. If it starts (it may run like $hit and die soon) then you have a no-fuel issue. Test your fuel pressure and test your fuel pump for correct voltage.

If it still doesn't start pull a spark plug wire from the spark plug side and check for spark by sticking a screwdriver in the cap and get a piece of the metal end near a part of the engine for a good ground. Get it close but not touching look for spark while someone tries to start the engine.
