Question 93 dakota will not start

No power on primary to ignition coil. Relays are working fine. Tested cam coil and
found 8 v to cam with key on. Tested grey output from pcm --5v to cam grey line. Rotate cam by key to start and 5 volts remain,no pulsing from sensor. Changed cam sensor and computer on another 93 dakota and works fine.
Why don't cam pulsate voltage. Help!!!

Sounds like possibly the notorious splice since you don't have power to the relays output. Check the FAQ there is a good write up with full description and locations.

sorry if i didn't make myself clear.I have power on everything. relays are fine. fuel pump runs with key turned to on. both relays power power on for short time. Power on to cam relay with key on 8 volts. shows 5 volts sensor back grey wire. With key turned to start cam will not pulse on grey sensor wire 5 volts remains, also shut down relay will not power up.

If you arent getting power to the ignition coil, check the splice. sounds like one side of it (the side leading to the coil) is bad.
