Default Cruise Control Vacuum leak?

Well, cruise control hasn't worked for over 10 years. Old man said it was a vacuum leak somewhere since when you hit the switch you could leave it on forever and not engage. Anyone know where the lines are for it? I doubt I would be able to find them since they are most likely 10 years gone and not even there to show where they once were.

trucks a 3.9 42rh, want to deal with this in the mean time while I get the 5.9 up to spec and fix the 46rh sitting in my garage.

Under the hood, passenger side. The large ball is a vacuum reservoir for the cruise control. Follow all those vacuum hoses those will be for the cruise control.
