Default 93 Dakota-Rough Idle

I have a 93 Dakota with a 3.7 litre V6. The engine has over 200000 miles but runs great except at idle. I have changed the plugs and they seem fouled with gas. I have determined that at idle the injectors are loading the engine with too much fuel and once a load is put on the engine it levels out. What could be causing this to happen. Is there a sensor malfunction and if so where should I look.

IAC on the back of the throttle body, and check out your O2 Sensor, and fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail.
